You're One Cool Cat

Hello everyone! How was your Christmas? I hope you all had wonderful times with family and friends.
I wanted to share this card that I made today. I just LOVE this adorable kitty from SVG Cutting Files! And adding a Peachy Keen face makes it even that much more cute!

I started with the Oval Card Base and Pretty Kitty from SVG Cutting Files and cut them using my Cameo. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Here Kitty Kitty Face Assortment stamp and added some stickles to her eye lids. I also added a heart hot rock to her bow using my I-Rock.
I stamped the sentiment using the Peachy Keen Cool Cats and heat embossed it in white.

I hope you all enjoyed my card and thanks for visiting!
I hope you will come back Wednesday for the start of the January Peachy Keen sneak peeks! You guys are going to LOVE the new stamps!!!

Baby It's Cold Outside

Hello everyone! I posted this a couple of weeks ago at My Craft Spot and never got a chance to share it here, so I am today!
I used My Craft Spot's Stamping All Around Christmas and Joy To The World stamp sets on this card.

I created the card using my Designers Edition and my Cameo. The Snowflake is a freebie file SVG Cutting Files and I outlined and welded 2 together to create the card base. I cut the snowflake out of glittery cardstock and a scallop circle and plain circles. I stamped the sentiment onto the circle using the Stamping All Around Christmas stamp set and added a gem brad to the center.
To finish, I stamped the inside sentiment using the Joy To The World stamp set.
I hope you all liked my card and thanks for stopping in!
Have a great day!

Merry Kiss-mas!

Hello everyone! I wanted to share a quick and fun project with you today. I made this little gift for fun! I adore little gifts like this to throw into gift bags.

I created a folded card cover for over a box of Tic Tacs. I cut the card base at 5 1/4 X 3 1/2. I scored it at 2 1/4 and 3 inches. I used my corner round punch to round the corners on the outside only.
The ginger was cut using SVG Cutting Files Gingerbread Doll and I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Winter Face Assortment stamp. I punched a snowflake into the white mat and stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Mistletoe stamp set. I wrapped twine around the box for a tie closure and added the ginger on pop dots.
I used some sticky tape to adhere the box of Tic Tacs to the inside and stamped the sentiment using the Mistletoe stamp set.
I hope you all liked my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS

Peachy Keen Farewell Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the Peachy Keen Farewell Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from the SUPER TALENTED Glora! If not, you will want to start at the beginning so you don't miss one single project in this hop!

It's sad to see this year come to an end. I have had so much fun creating with my Peachy Keen stamps and making new friends. NOT just friends, but FAMILY. I cherish every single person on the 2013 Peachy Keen Design Team and will miss them so much. Not that I won't see them around blog land....there were some seriously talented ladies on this team this year so I know I will see more wonderful creations from all of them.
At the same time, I am also excited to see what the new year brings. What new stamps will Peachy Keen release?!?!? I for one can't wait to see!

We are to share 3 projects with you. One can be new and then the others we're to share our favorites. WELL, Do you know HOW hard it is to choose 2 of your favorite projects? LOL! So, without further ado, here are the 3 projects I will share with you. The first one is new and the other 2 are some of my favorites.

I created these ADORABLE gift tags for my NEW project! I LOVE my Peachy Keen snowmen...ALL of them! Kathy has THE CUTEST designs!

For this set of tags, I used the Peachy Keen Snow Gifts stamp set for the snowmen. I stamped them and paper pieced their outfits. I used 3 sheets of 6X6 paper. One in green, blue, and red. I was able to make all 3 tags only using those 3 sheets of decorative paper.
I cut the tags using my Cricut and Tags Bags Boxes and More out of Kraft cardstock. I cut the sentiment banner using My Craft Spot's Ribbon Banner Dies and stamped the sentiment using Peachy Keen's Picture Snow Day. I added some crinkle ribbon bows and tied on a bell to each one with twine.

Project #2

For this card I used Peachy Keen's Penguin Boy With Bobber and the coordinating Igloo stamp sets.
You can see the original post HERE.

Project #3

For this project I used the PKSC-09 September 2012 and the Sweet and Innocent Face Assortment.

Warm Cocoa Wishes

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at SVG Cutting Files and I have a fun pocket card to share. I used the new Skier Boy that is available in the store today.

I created a pocket card that would hold a packet of hot chocolate.
I cut a piece of cardstock at 4 1/2 X 11 inches. I scored it at 1 1/4 and 5 1/2. I folded the 1 1/4 inch piece down and then in half. I used a corner rounders to round the corners and added the decorative papers. I mounted the cocoa packet on a piece of cardstock cut at 3 3/4 X 5 and added a pull tab. I did this by cutting a 1 inch strip, rounded the corners and folded it half. I stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Christmas Banners Sentiments.
I cut the Skier and stamped his face with a Peachy Keen Sweet and Innocent face stamp and used a white pen for some highlights on him.
I added a punched snowflake and stamped the sentiments using My Craft Spots Think Snow stamp set.
I hope you all liked my card and thanks for stopping in!
Have a great day!

Snowboarder Birthday Bag/Card

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at Digi My World and I have a project to share. This is a gift bag and card all in one! I used the newly released Winter Boys Set for that fun snowboarder.

I used the SVG Cutting File A2 Card Bag to cut the bag and the Curved Fold Over Base for the card.
I printed and colored the snowboarder with Copic markers. I hand cut him out and I stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Birthday Wishes stamp set.
I wrapped some twine around the side of the card and used a star brad to hold it in the center. Before adding the card to the bag base, I wrapped some twine around for a closure and glued it onto the bag. Then I tied the card shut using the twine.
I hope you all liked my project today and thanks for stopping in!
Have a great day!

Dog/Cat Christmas Treat Bags

Hello everyone! It's almost Christmas and I have a project to share. We CAN NOT forget about the special Fur Babies in our lives. If you're like me, they are considered our children too!
Hence, the special gift bags for our loved fur babies.

I created these treat bags for some special toys, treats, or even if you're ambitious, HOMEMADE treats!
I got the bags HERE and stamped directly onto them. I added a piece of cardstock to the inside of the bags before I stamped and colored to make sure it didn't bleed through the thin layers.
I stamped the kitty using Peachy Keen's Cool Cats stamp set and paper pieced the scarf. I also used some Copic markers to color the face and do some subtle shading. The sentiment is a combination from the Cool Cats and PKSC-24 December 2013 stamp sets.
The dog I stamped using the PK Faceless Puppy and Faceless Kitten stamp set and stamped the face with a Happy Go Lucky Dog face. I colored the face and highlights with Copic markers and added a twine bow to her. The sentiments are a combination of the PKSC-20 August 2013 and Happy Snowman With Label stamp sets.
To finish, I punched holes in the top sides and secured the bags closed with some twine.
I hope you enjoyed my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Anti-Bac Gift Boxes

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot. This week the challenge is "Wrap It Up"

Before I share my project, I just want to let you all know that this will be my last challenge post with My Craft Spot. I want to take a moment to THANK Kimberly for the amazing opportunity to design for her this last year and a half. I also want to say thank you to my wonderful DT sisters who were always so encouraging and full of nothing but sweet comments. I will miss you all and THANK YOU for EVERYTHING
Maybe some day in the future, I will be back :D

For my project today, I made these Anti-Bac soap holders.

I cut those fun bags using the Antibacterial Soap Holder files from SVG Cutting Files. These files make these SO quick to make! I hid the faces and stamped them instead with Peachy Keen face stamps. The snowman is from the Winter Face Assortment and the Ginger is from the Sweet and Innocent Face Assortment. I stamped the sentiment on the snowman box using My Craft Spot's Think Snow stamp set and the Ginger from the Jar Basics stamp set. I also stamped sentiments on the inside using the Joy To The World stamp set.
I hope you will all play along and please don't forget to check out the rest of the DT's projects.
Have a great day and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Rudolph/Bumble Cookie Gift Sets

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at SVG Cutting Files. This month the challenge is "Anything Christmas or Winter"

I couldn't help but to use the fun files from the Rudolph Blog Hop. Did you get these files? If not, you really want to sign up for email alerts from SVG Cutting Files and LIKE their Facebook Galleria Page so you don't miss out on these FREE FILES!

I found some really cute Rudolph Pot Holders that have Sugar Cookie Dough Mix inside and some fun Rudolph themed Lolli Pops. Combined with these super cute Rudolph files, I created these fun gifts.

I cut Rudolph and Bumble from the FREE FILES from the Rudolph Blog Hop using my Cameo. I created simple bag toppers and added some decorative paper to them. I added each character to the topper with pop dots and stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Christmas Banner Sentiments. I also added some punched snowflakes that I added gems to the center of.
For the tags on the pot holders, I cut out banners, stamped the sentiments and attached them with some ribbon. I thought this sentiment would be perfect for a child. They could make Cookies For Santa before he comes and have a fun lolli pop to eat while the cookies are baking.
I hope you will all play along in the challenge and please don't forget to check out what the rest of the DT has created!
Have a great day!

NOEL

Hello everyone! It's getting SO close to Christmas! Have you got your shopping done yet? I have only a few little things to get yet, but otherwise I'm all set.
I wanted to share this adorable gift bag that I made. I used the NEW A2 Card Base Bag Landscape from SVG Cutting Files for the bag. This file is brand new in the store today. These bags are designed to fit an A2 sized card on the front of the box.

The card on the front is cut from the SVG Cutting Files Arched Fold Over Base file and that gets glued to the front of the bag. I used the Chibi Kids Dressed as Winter Icons for that adorable Star. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Erkle and Merkle face and added a white stitched border around her. I also added a crinkle ribbon bow and attached a bell to it using some jute string. The tag is cut using My Craft Spot's Jar Metal Dies and I stamped the sentiment using Peachy Keen's Smitten Mitten stamp set.
To keep the bag closed on the front, I used some Velcro Circle tabs.
I hope you all liked my project today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Chibi Penguin Card

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at My Craft Spot and I have a card to share. I used My Craft Spot's Joy Filled ChristmasRibbon Banner Dies- Straight, and Mistletoe stamp set on this card.

I used the Chibi Penguin Digi stamp from Digi My World and colored him with Copic Markers. I embossed the white mat with the Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder and mounted the penguin on pop dots to the mat.
I used My Craft Spot's Ribbon Banner Dies-Straight to cut out the tag and used a snowflake brad to attach it to the bow. The sentiment was stamped from the Joy Filled Christmas stamp set and I also stamped the inside sentiment using the Mistletoe stamp set.

These are wonderful stamps for your Christmas cards!

I hope you all like my card and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Christmas Fudge

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot. This week the challenge is "Christmas Neighbor Gifts".
I made these Candy Bar Sliders with a fun poem on them.

I found this tutorial HERE that I used to make the Hershey Bar Holders. I cut each one out of decorative paper and used a crimpper to crimp the bottoms. I cut the decorative mats using my Cricut and Elegant Edges, inking the inside mats. I stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Christmas Friends and Neighbors stamp set. I added a glitters slide around and the sentiment mat on pop dots. To finish, I cut the tag on the ribbon using MCS's Jar Metal Dies and stamped the sentiment using MCS's Joy Filled Christmas stamp set.
I hope you will all play along and please don't forget to check out what the rest of the DT has created.
Have a great day!

Rudolph Blog Hop

Hello and Welcome to Day 2 of the Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer Hop!

Now if you are starting HEREthen you're in the right place. I am the start of Day 2.  If you get lost I have the entire line up below this post.

I got to use Charlie In The Box! He is a pop up box toy, so I made him into a pop up slider card.

When you pull on the ribbon pull, Charlie comes up out of his box with a special greeting inside.

I created this Double Slider card using a tutorial that I found HERE.
I created the background of the card to mimic the movie by hand cutting the mountains and added some shading with Copic Markers. I also dressed up Charlie with some diamonds on his shirt and attached some gold Hot Rocks to his shirt using my I-Rock. The front sentiment is from My Craft Spot's Joy Filled Christmas and the sentiment on the tag is from MCS's Christmas Banner Sentiments
