Sorry I Was Crabby...

Hello everyone! Here is a fun card that I made for Fantabulous Cricuts challenge. This week the challenge is "puns". I love a good pun, so I couldn't pass this one up.
I cut and printed this entire card using my Imagine. The sun, castle, and crab were cut from Create A Critter and I used Imagine More for the colors and patterns. I stamped the sun and crabs face with Peachy Keen's Wide Eyed Kids stamps and inked all the edges. I did some stitching with white and black pens and hand cut the banner which I stamped with a stamp from Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments set.

I am also going to enter this into Cardz TV challenge. This time the challenge is " A Stitch In Time". Add real or faux stitching.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Rock Princess Birthday Gift Card Holder

Hello everyone! Here is a gift card holder Birthday card that I made. I used my Imagine for all the cuts and pattern papers. I saw this card on Gloria's bog while I was "casing it" for the Crafty Sprouts challenge and thought it would be fun to make.

I cut the girl from Rock Princess ar 3.5 inches and used Glossy Accents on her eyes, lips, hairbands, guitar, and boots. The music notes were cut from Life's A Party and I also used Glossy Accents on them as well. The music paper was printed from Imagine More and the pink paper was printed from Mr. Frosty. I tied a ribbon and stamped the sentiment and the sentiment on the inside which is from Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments.
For the inside of the card I made the gift card holder and glued it to the center of the card. To do this I cut a 4.5 X 11 inch piece of cardstock and scored it at 3 inches from each long end and then scored it at 5.5 inches in the middle. When you fold it you will got the shape of the letter W. I then trimmed the middle peak down with scissors and a punch to get the pocket for the gift card. I wanted a larger card than just the gift card holder itself so thats why I glued it to the center of the card. I then added the pink paper over the top of the panels to hide the gift card holder inside. This card is VERY thick! LOL!
I am going to enter this into the following challenges:
1. Crafty Sprouts- Case the DT- I cased Gloria's gift card holder card, you can enter up to 2 times
2. Scrappy Moms Terrific Tuesday- Rock Princess
3. Birthday Sundaes- Any Birthday card and include a birthday sentiment on the front
I hope you all liked my card and thanks for looking! Have a wonderful weekend!

M.A.G. Challenge #42 Halloween Treat Bag

Hello everyone! Here is a Halloween candy bag that I made for M.A.G. Challenge By The Page's challenge. This time the challenge is to use Once Upon A Princess pg. 66 only for your Cricut cuts.
I printed and cut the bag using my Imagine and Imagine More for the pattern. I cut it from Once Upon A Princess at fit to page. Kimberly at My Craft Spot has some great tutorials for using her crinkle ribbon. I just loved how the pleated ribbon looked so I did this for the top of my bag. The witch is from a stamp that I got from Michaels and I colored it with Copic markers. I used my scallop scissors to cut the mats for both the witch and sentiment frames. The sentiment stamp is from My Craft Spot's Happy Haunting set and the crinkle ribbon is also from My Craft Spot. If you haven't checked out her new stamps or fall colored ribbon you really should! They're FABULOUS!
I hope you all like my Halloween bag and thanks for looking! Also don't forget that the Whimsical Wednesday Blog hop is coming up on October 7th!

Flip Flop Fun!

Hello everyone! It's time for another challenge at Celebrate The Occasion! This week the challenge is Celebrate Summer and you must include a SUN somewhere in your project.
I made up a name for my cute little tote...Tip Top Toenail Tote! HEE HEE! One of my favorite things about summer is showing off my painted toenails and flip flops! So this is what I made for my project.

I cut the tote at fit to page from Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More and tore a piece of kraft paper for the sand after I printed the sentiment off my computer. The sun was printed and cut at 1.5 inches from Imagine More and I mounted it with pop dots. The tag I made using Doodlecharms cut at 2.5 inches and the mats were cut at 2.25 and 2. The flip flops were cut from Car Decals at 2 inches. I attatched the tag to a piece of twine and tied it around the bag. To finish I added the toenail goodies. I hope you liked my project and will play along this week at CTO! I can't wait to see what you'll create! Have fun!
I am also going to enter this into Fantabulous Cricuts challenge were the challenge is to add a sun to your project and to Two Scraptastic Gals CCCC challenge which is to use Tags, Bags, Boxes and More.

Imagine Best Friends Card #1

Hello everyone! I managed to get some things cut and print using my Imagine before I had to send it back and decided to do a card set. This is card #1 in a set of 5. I wanted to use these cute girls from Imagine Best Friends and make an everyday card set. So here we go! :)

I printed and cut the background from the square stock image in the Imagine at 5 inches and filled it with pattern paper using the Yummy cart. For the water I printed and cut a strip of co-ordinating colored paper and cut a wavy line using just a pair of scissors. I then embossed it with the Devine Swirls Cuttlebug folder and inked white over the raised images. I cut the girl at 3.5 inches from Best Friends and used Glossy Accents on her eyes, hair, goggles, and duck tube. The goggles and duck are popped up with pop dots as well as the suns face. The sun was cut at 1.5 inches from Imagine More and I used Glossy Accents on the top layer of his face. To finish I matted it to a 5 1/8 square card and stamped the sentiment. The stamp is from a set I picked up at JoAnn a long time ago. I hope you all like the first card in my set and will come back to see the next 4! Have a great day!

Congrat-MOO-lations!

Hello everyone! Here is my FIRST Imagine project! I am REALLY liking this machine! Unfortunatly there is a minor problem with it so I have to send it back. Which makes me sad because I was so looking forward to playing with it and it will be gone for 2 weeks.

For my card I cut the cow, poka dot mat and Mem-moo-ries with the Imagine More cart at 3 inches. I added the grad cap from Everyday Paper Dolls at 1 inch and rolled a piece of paper and tied some floss around it for the diploma. I trimmed the Mem-moo-ries down to just the Moo and stamped the sentimet. I added Glossy Accents to the cows eyes, face and the "MOO". I hope you all like my first Imagine project and thanks for looking!
