Have A Wicked Cool Day!

It's time for Jaded Blossom's September Challenge!

Of course we have our September Stamp Spotlight which just started TODAY!

Game Night will be $10.99 all month long (while supplies last)

This months challenge is "Any Treat" and we are doing things a tad different with the stamp release this week. We are actually releasing this new die TODAY, August 31st  (available for purchase this afternoon along with the Gotta Have it Now Bundle and other "Fun Extras").
This die is NOT included in Septembers Stamp Release Bundle.
This die is from the creative mind of Barb Orvis!!

This die works as a topper die with insert for treats but also has another fabulous use.. The gray piece shown on the insert is used to create tabs inside your topper die so that you can slide different candy or treat items through it (or use it with gift cards).

Challenge Guidelines:
1) Project must be new for this challenge, no back linking
2) Project must have a Jaded Blossom stamp somewhere on it.
3) Only one entry per person
4) Link it up here by 9/21

Prize:
This month's prize for a randomly selected winner is:

Here is what I made for the challenge using the new Die..

I just have to say....I LOVE this new die! It's so versatile and cool!
I cut the topper using the Scallop Slider and Topper Die and the layer piece. I also used the third die part to cut the slider holder for the drink stick. This is one of the things that makes this die so neat, you can place the notches anywhere! I put a tube of Icee candy into a 2.25 X 8 inch Clear Bag and added the topper to the top.
I cut Olaf from a freebie file I got from the SVG Cutting Files Frozen Blog hop and added him on pop dots. The sentiment banner was cut using the Mini Tag Dies 2 and the sentiment stamped from the V is for Villain stamp set.

I hope you will play along in the challenge and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

A Colorful Treat

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at SVG Cutting Files and I am sharing a project I made using the NEW Kawaii Caterpillars. These guys are so super cute!

This card turned out so cute! I love all the fun colors, they just make you happy!
The card base is cut from the Nugget Card-Vertical file and I turned it sideways. I added some acetate to the window opening and filled it with nuggets that I wrapped in paper using the Jaded Blossom Candy Wrap Dies.
I cut out the Kawaii Caterpillar and added some white highlights with a gel pen. I also did a white stitching line around the blue on the card base.
The sentiment was stamped using the Jaded Blossom Dream In Color stamp set on to a banner I cut using the JB Flag Dies 2

I hope you all enjoyed seeing my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Perfect Pear

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at Jaded Blossom and I have a fun project to share. I used several Jaded Blossom supplies to create this.

I cut the Nugget Easel Drawer Box from SVG Cutting Files and added a gem brad for the drawer pull.
The pears were cut from the Kawaii Nerdy Fruit file and I his the faces before I cut them out and then stamped them with Peachy Keen Sweet and Silly Face Assortment stamps.
I cut the sentiment tag using the Jaded Blossom Candy Wrap Dies along with the nugget wrappers.
I stamped the sentiment from the Berrylicious stamp set and the pears and sentiments on the candy from the Fruity Candies stamp sets.

I hope you all liked my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

I'll Eat To That!

Hello everyone! It's Face Day at Peachy Keen Stamps and today I am the host!
I am sharing this super fun birthday card using the Uglies Face Assortment. These faces are so fun, not just for Halloween, but for all those cute monsters too!

I cut that cute monster and his cupcake from the SVG Cutting File Monster Bash cut file. Instead of cutting the eyes for the monster, I stamped them with eyes from the Uglies Face Assortment. I colored them with Copic markers, added white with a gel pen, and added Glossy Accents over the top. The cupcakes eyes are also from the Uglies set. Don't you just love how he looks mad that he's going to get eaten? LOL!
I stamped the sentiment bubble and birthday phrase at bottom using the PKSC-24 December 2013 SOTM set. The sentiment stamped in the bubble is from the PKSC-10 October 2012 SOTM set.

I hope you enjoyed seeing my card and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

And now for my Project!

I chose to work with Ariel and Flounder as my besties!
I cut Ariel and Flounder out with my Cameo and did some inking to her rock. I also sprinkled white embossing powder onto it to get that molded look. The sentiment banner was cut using the Flag Dies 2 and the sentiment was stamped from the NEW Best Friends Stamp set.
I created a treat bag topper by using the Layered Frame and Journal Die. I folded a piece of paper in half and then lined up the fold just under the top cut line. This gave me a solid piece with a front and back and a fold at the top. Then I cut the chunky glitter paper with the die again and glued it to the front.
I added the topper to a Gusset Bag that I filled with goodies.

Now on to your next stop, click the cute image below to be taken there!

Hello everyone! Today I wanted to share with you a super cute baby card that I made. These Hey Baby stamps from Peachy Keen Stamps are some of my favorites! And paired up with these awesome new Star Dies from Jaded Blossom, this turned out cute as can be!

I stamped and colored the baby from the Hey Baby stamp set. I paper pieced his outfit and added that cute hat little hat that I also paper pieced. I added the star to his outfit and colored in the buttons with a white gel pen.
I stamped the sentiment onto a banner cut from the Jaded Blossom Flag Dies 2 set and added a blue mat layer.
I added layered stars to the side all cut from the Jaded Blossom Star Dies.

I hope you liked seeing my card and thanks for visiting!

You Are Radishing!

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at Digi My World and I have a card to share. I used the Radishing Digital stamp on this card.

I added the radish image to my Silhouette program and separated the sentiment, adding it onto a tag. I then printed and cut the tag out. I colored the image using Copic markers and added white highlights with a gel pen.
I cut the scallop mat from the SVG Cutting Files Circle Trio Card Base layers and added a stitched line around the inside using a white gel pen.
I used my sewing machine to stitch around the mat and added some decorative paper with twine wrapped around it.
I also added some twine to the tag and attached it to the scallop circle by punching a hole and treading the twine through.
I hope you all liked seeing my card and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

I made this fun candy bar holder for my project. This would make such a cute thank you gift for someone!
I cut the Hershey Candy Holder and decorated the front. I cut the acorn from the Harvest Handled Bag set and stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Christmas In July Face. I also added a strip of burlap and some twine around the center.

Thanks A Melon!

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Peachy Keen Stamps. Here is the 2 inspiration photo's we are working with this month. Remember, you can use one or the other or even combine the 2. Just make sure you explain in your post how you used the inspiration pics.

And here is what I created using the sketch and I also pulled some of the colors from the color inspiration pic.

This was a really quick card to make and I just love the bright colors.
I cut the watermelon slice from SVG Cutting Files Kawaii Watermelon and hid the face. I then stamped the face with a Piles Of Smiles 1 inch face stamps and colored in the mouth with Copic markers. I also added chalk to the cheeks, black dots for the seeds, and white highlights with a gel pen.
I stamped the sentiment from the Fruit Sentiments TWO stamp set and added a black stitched line around the circle mat.
I hope you will all play along in the challenge and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Count Your Rainbows...

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at Jaded Blossom and I have a super cute project to share with you.
I used several JB products on this project, including some of the newly released stamps. I LOVE these new Paint Splatters and Dream In Color stamp sets.

The box is cut from SVG Cutting Files Kawaii Sea Nugget Platform Box and I created a mat in my Silhouette program for the back of the box.
I cut that super cute Rainbow Dash from a free file that is available to members of the SVG Cutting Files Galleria Facebook page. I added her to the box with pop dots and added a cloud I made up in my Silhouette program. I stamped the sentiment into the cloud using the Dream In Color stamp set and added some sequins to it.
I cut candy wrappers using the Candy Wrap Dies and stamped them with the Paint Splatters stamp set in several different colors. The clouds are stamped from the Kawaii Candies stamp set and I punched them out with a circle punch and glued them to the fronts of the candy.

I hope you all liked my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Got Brains?

Hello everyone! I have a fun card to share that I made using the new stamps from Peachy Keen. I started this before the release and didn't have a chance to share it til now. I know Halloween is a long way off, but it's my fav time of year!

I stamped and colored the franky head using the new PKSC-32 August 2014 SOTM set.
I cut out the mats using my Cameo and mounted the stamped image in the center.
I created a banner at the top by cutting banners using the Jaded Blossom Flag Die 2 and cut them in half. Then I folded them and glued them over a piece of twine that I secured to the back of the card.
I also added a black banner to the bottom and added the sentiment tag that was cut using the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies 2 and stamped the sentiment from the Halloween Sentiments and Labels stamp set.

I hope you liked seeing my card and thanks for visiting!

Jaded Blossom August Release Blog Hop

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Jaded Blossom's August 2014 Release Blog Hop.
Now if you're here from BARB you're in the right place, if you're just passing thru start at the beginning because you don't wanna miss anything.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.

Here is what I made:

I made this cute little gift bag for my project today.
I cut out the bag using the SVG Cutting File Fish Handled Bag and added a mat layer to the front. I sewed around the mat and handle with my sewing machine and stamped the sentiment onto the mat using the Sunflower stamp set. I also stamped the sunflower and leaves and cut them out. I pop dotted the sunflower to the front and glued down the leaves.
I cut out the tag using the Mini Tag Dies 2 and matted it in pink. I stamped the small sunflower and punched it out with a circle punch. I punched a second slightly bigger circle in orange and added it to the top of the tag. I also stamped the leaves (which technically are seeds) and added them under the sunflower. The "to" and "from" is stamped from the Rainbow Seeds stamp set.

Jaded Blossom Stamps I used are:
