Didn't this turn out the cutest? I love this fun Ice Cream cone!
I started this project with the Fancy Topper Die and added an Ice Cream Cone bubbles to a 3 X 8 inch Clear Bag.
I stamped and colored the ice cream from the June Ice Cream Cone freebie and stamped a face on with a Peachy Keen Happy Lashes face.
I cut the banner using the Candy Charms and Banner Dies and stamped the sentiment from the Ice Cream Candies stamp set.
