Baptism Gift Bag

Hello everyone! I wanted to show you all the gift bag that I made for my nephews baptism that is tomorrow. Awhile back I made the card and wanted to make a matching bag for it. The full details for the card can be found HERE.
I took a plain gift bag and dressed it up to match the card. The lamb was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up and the frame from Once Upon A Princess. The cross was cut in the frame and that was from Indie Art. I printed the poem off my computer and added a bow around the bag. I just love that poem and the way this whole set turned out.
Thanks for looking and have a great weekend!
I also wanted to let you all know that Candy from Candy's Craft Corner is having a HUGE giveaway to celebrate her Blogaversary! You don't want to miss this one so go check it out!

Baptism Card

Hello everyone! Here is the card that I made for my Nephew's Baptism. He is getting Baptized next month and I am planning ahead! LOL! No last minute cards this time!
I made an easel card using Once Upon A Princess for the shape and mat. I embossed the mat with the Textile Cuttlebug folder and did a gray stitching line around the outside front. The lamb's were cut from Paper Doll Dress Up and I inked the edges and used a black pen for the details. The cross was cut from Indie Art and I swagged a ribbon with bows behind it. The sentiment was printed from my computer and was cut using Once Upon A Princess. I also added a gray stitching line around the it. I added bows to the sides and did a white stitching line around the inside mat.
I am going to enter this into Fantabulous Cricut's challenge this week which is "Out Like A Lamb" use a gentle animal in your project such as a lamb, puppy, kitten, etc.
I hope you all like my card and thanks for looking. Have a great day!

Happy Bird

Happy Friday everyone! I have a card to show you today that I did for a couple of challenges.
I printed and cut this card using my Imagine and CCR. The patterns and colors are from the Imagine Blossom cart. This is my new FAVORITE way to create cards! One sheet of white cardstock, one time cutting, and that's it!
The scallop circle and mats were cut using Cricut Craft Room Basics and I stamped the white inner piece with a stamp from Heart Elements Nestability stamp set. The bird and flowered branch was cut from Straight From The Nest and I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Cornies face stamp. For the branch I cut 2 and trimmed down the one side to fit around the mat. I also added a rectangle piece to the bottom one to extend it out the width of the card. I colored the centers of the flowers with a white pen and used hole punches for the berries. The butterfly was cut from Indie Art and I embossed the background with Stylized Flowers Cuttlebug folder. To finish I stamped the sentiment which is from Whimsical Designs Whimsical Fun Vol. 1.
I am going to enter this card into the following challenges:
1. My Craft Spot- "For The Birds"
2. Die Cuttin Diva's- Sketch
3. Paper Playtime- Delicious Die Cut Creations With Flowers

Lip Gloss Card

Hello everyone! Here is a lip gloss card that I made. I started with a 4 X 71/2 inch piece of cardstock and scored it at 2 5/8, 3 1/4, 3 3/4, and 6 1/2. I cut a 3/4 inch wide strip from the 2 5/8 inch line to the 3 3/4 inch line with an x-acto knife to make the lip gloss holder. Then fold all your score line with the 3/3 inch strip going to the inside instead of the outside like the rest of the score lines. I glued a piece of coordinating paper to the outside making sure not to glue down the 3/4 inch strip and punched 2 holes at the top for the ribbon to be tied through. I also cut a pice of white cardstock for the inside and stamped the sentiment. For the outside I punched the flap with a border punch and added the lips from Indie Art and the "Kiss Me!" I welded in my Gypsy using Robots and added Glossy Accents to the lips to make them SHINE! I hope you all can understand those directions and if not please just ask. I am entering this into the following challenges:
Flaunt It Fridays- Indie Art Lips
More Than Favors Wacky Wednesday #25- Valentines
Have a wonderful day!
