Oh Baby Mini Album and Peachy Keen Sneak Peek!

Hello everyone! I have a fun mini album to share with you that I did with the NEW Peachy Keen Mid-Month stamp release coming out on Friday! All of the sentiments in this book are from the NEW PK-197 Baby Buzz Sentiments stamp set. All of the faces are from my new FAVORITE face stamps called The Moodies. Aren't those faces just precious?! I LOVE them!

I cut all of the babies and accessories  from Baby Steps using my Cricut and all of the photo frames from Spring Holiday Cards. I stamped all of the faces using both of the Moodies 1 1/8 and Moodies Face Assortment stamp sets. On each page I added some gems with my I-Rock or stickers and stamped all of the sentiments using the NEW Baby Buzz Sentiments stamp set that's coming out on FRIDAY!
For the cover of the book I cut the fancy frame from Elegant Edges and the font from Robots using my Cricut. I stamped the face using The Moodies 2 1/4 inch stamp set and actually dug out my Bind It All to put it all together! LOL!

I hope you all liked seeing my fun Baby Mini and will come back on Thursday for the Peachy Keen Spring Fling Blog Hop! Have a great day!

Happy Easter Door Hanger

Hello everyone! Today I want to show you the door hanger I did for my front door for Easter. I can't believe that Easter is only a week and half away! Where does the time go?!?!
I cut the scallop mat from Cricut Craft Room Basics at 12 inches and used some Aqua Blue Timeless Twine around the scallops and inside. This took some time but I think so well worth it! The basket and eggs were cut from Doodlecharms and I inked around all the edges. The bunny was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up and I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed face stamp. The grass I cut by hand and the the Happy Easter was cut from Robots. To finish I added a bow to the basket handle, added a twine bow to the bunny, and stamped the sentiment which is from Whimsical Designs Whimsical Fun Vol. 1.
I am going to enter this into the following challenges:
1. Twineology By Timeless Twine- Egg-celent March Challenge: Easter Eggs and twine is spring colors
2. Little Scrap Pieces- Use the color yellow

Whimsical Wednesdays "Happy New Year's" Challenge

Hello everyone! It's time for a new Whimsical Wednesdays challenge. This week the challenge is to create something for the New Year or add a link to your favorite project you've made this last year.
I made this card to celebrate the New Year. I cut the bottle and glasses from Simply Charmed and used my Gypsy to hide the faces. Instead of cutting the super small confetti pieces I added gold stickles. The 2012 was cut from Robots and I embossed the background with the Cuttlebug Seeing Spots folder. To finish I added a bow and stamped the sentiment which is from Whimsical Designs Everyday Sentiments stamp set.
I hope you all will play along and please don't forget to check out what the rest of the Design Team has made!

I colored it with copics and chalk and embossed the bow with the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug floder. The "JOY" was cut from Robots that I layered. To finish I tied a ribbon and bow. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and thanks for stopping by.
Also a reminder that we will be having a Sneak Peek showing of the new Whimsical Designs stamps on Thurs. Dec. 1, and Friday Dec. 2 at 7 A.M., with a Reveal Blog Hop on Friday night at 7 PM. Here is a quick sneak peek of the stamps!

Mini Baby Book

Happy Sunday everyone! I have a mini album to show you today. My brother and his wife are having their first baby at the end of October and I wanted to make a mini album for them. This will be my FIRST nephew/niece from one of my brothers or sister, so I am extremely exited!
All the paper I used  is from the DCWV Baby Boy Stack and I made the book using my Bind It All.
For the cover I cut the monkey from Sweethearts and the name from Robots. The alligator, giraffe, little bird on the turtle, and bee were cut from Create A Critter. The elephant was cut from Cricut Sampler and the turtle was cut from Walk In My Garden.
The DCWV stack I used had all these cute sayings with pictures and journaling box's, so I cut them apart, matted them, and placed them on the pages. I added ribbon to some pages and also a button with twine tied through it.
I am so proud of this book! I think it turned out adorable and I hope they will love it as much as I do!

Senior Year Keychain

Hello everyone! It's time for another challenge at Celebrate The Occasion! This week the challenge is "Back To School".
I created this keychain for my son who will be a Senior this year (this is SO unbelievable! My baby is almost done with High School!) He LOVES football and the season has just started so that's what I used as my inspiration for this project.
I started by cutting a solid football at 2.5 inches from Car Decals out of a recycled cereal box to give it some sturdiness. I then cut the football, front and back and the layers for the front. The font and font shadow was cut from Robots that I welded together in my Gypsy. Once it was all glued on I added some white gel pen highlights to the letters. Then I ran it through the laminator on my Your Story. I was kind of disappointed how it wrinkled and didn't all laminate correctly. So I ran it through twice. My only thinking for this is that it was too thick. To finish I punched the hole and added a keychain ring. Thank goodness for the Crop-A-Dile because it was really thick!
I hope you all enjoyed my project and will play along this week. I can't wait to see what you'll create! Have a great day!
P.S. He is ACTUALLY using it too! He made a smart comment about my laminating skills and then put it on his keychain! :) This makes me happy because I know that he actually liked it! LOL!

Fiesta Shower Invitations

Hello everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for awhile. I have been going to baseball games everyday and I am proud to say that my son's baseball team won Regionals and are now headed to Sectionals! And if they win there then they're headed to state! I have also been working on these invitations for my sisters bridal shower. I did a pocket card and a sombrero pull on the inside. I didn't have a sombrero cut in any of my carts so I made this one using the sailor hat and pilgrim hat from Paper Doll Dress Up. I then cut all the strips and triangles by hand and glued them to the hat. The font is from Robots. I hope to get some projects finished soon and will post them later. I hope you all are having a great day!

BBQ Invite

Hello everyone! Here is the invite I made to enter into Bug Bites Bug Hop Grillin' and Chillin' Challenge. Your project must include 1 Cricut cut and a "critter" found on the blog hop projects. For my invitation I made a pocket card. I cut the grill from Everyday Paper Dolls at 2 inches and added Glossy Accents to it. The hot dogs were cut at .75 inches, the burger at 2 inches, and the watermelon at 1 inch from Simply Charmed. The BBQ was cut from Robots at 1 inch and I printed the inviation information from my computer. To finish I did some balck stitching and for my critter I drew an ant on top of the watermelon. I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! Take Care!

Here it is hanging on my fridge!

Hello everyone! Here is the project that I made for Peachy Keen's LFIF challenge. This time the challenge is "Organize It" and you must use Peachy Keen face stamps.

For my project I made a note pad holder for my fridge so I can keep track of my shopping list. I started with a 6 X 12 piece of cardboard from a cereal box that I covered with pattern paper and added magnets to the back. I cut the font and shadow from Robots at .75 inches. The milk was cut at 3 inches, the apple at 3 inches, the banana at 2.5 inches, and the corn at 2.5 inches all from Smiley Cards. I stamped the faces with Peachy Keen face stamps and highlighted them with black and white pen. I matted them to a 5.25 square and matted that to a 5.5 inch square. The note pad I glued on to the front. I hope you all like my project and thanks for looking. Have a great day!

I cut the deer at 4.5 inches, the fox at 3 inches, and the squirrel and owl at 2 inches. The sign was cut at 3 inches and the photo mats were cut at 3 inches. Jitterbuggin's Spring Fling Challenge

If you are looking for the WHIMSICAL WEDNESDAY BLOG HOP please see the post below.

Hello everyone! Here is the card that I did for Jitterbuggin's challenge. There is a special fun challenge there this week and the winner will receive a Cricut Lite cart of their choice! It's called the Spring Fling Challenge and when the challenge is over people get to vote on their favorite 3 cards. So if you like my card I would love for you to vote for me between April 16 and April 19.

Now on to my card! The challenge is to follow the sketch, make an Easter card, and use a cricut cut somewhere on your card. I cut the chicks from Once Upon A Princess at 1 inch. The eggs were cut from Simply Charmed also at 1 inch. I cut 2 extra eggs and trimmed them down for the pieces on their heads. The "Easter" was cut from Robots and I hand drew in the designs for each letter and then colored them in with colored pencils. I also went around all the cuts with a black pen and pop dotted the chicks. To finish the card I stamped the "hoppy" with a Scrappy Mom Stamp and put a ribbon on it. I am also going to enter this into Creative Cutter Room's Spring challenge. I hope you all like my card and thanks for looking!

Whimsical Wednesday Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome the Whimsical Wednesday Blog Hop! If you are coming here from Cindy, then your in the right place! If not you will want to start at the beginning here! For my first project I made this refrigerator notepad holder. I cut a 5.5 X 11 inch piece of cardboard from a cereal box and covered it with pattern paper. I made a pocket for the notepad cut at 3.75 X 4.5 inches. I thought about gluing a notepad to it but then you wouldn't be able to replace it. This way you can replace the notepad when it's out of paper. For the picture I cut the frog from Paisley at 2 inches and the font was cut from Robots at .75 inches. I then took some old magnets (the ones you get in the mail with credit cards and such) and cut one in half and glued them to the back. This is a picture of it hanging on my fridge!

For my second project I made this card. I LOVE Hello Kitty....she's so cute! :) I just love scene cards and was very happy with how this one turned out. I cut HK from Hello Kitty Greetings at 3 inches and the sun at 1.5 inches. I chose not to do the black layers for the sun. The clouds were cut from Simply Charmed and the grass was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up both custom sized in my Gypsy. The mouse was cut at 1.5 inches from Four Legged Friends and I added a flower to his hands.

I hope you enjoyed my projects and now you're off to Roberta!

And don't forget to leave a comment on everyone's blog to be entered for the awesome blog candy sponsored by Kraft Outlet and Prairie Bird Boutique at Whimsical Wednesday! And also today through April 7th at Kraft Outlet you can get 10% off by using the code BLOGHOP at checkout.

Easter Egg Hunt

Happy Sunday everyone. I am back with another layout. I am so happy that I got 2 done this weekend. Only ALOT more to go in the next 2.5 months! LOL! For this layout I did an Easter layout. The grass was cut from Plantin Schoolbook custom sized in my Gypsy. The basket and eggs were cut from Doodlecharms and I highlighted them with a black pen and embossed some of them with Swiss Dots. The bunny was cut from Create A Critter and the title from Robots. I am going to enter this into CARDZ TV's Bunny Challenge and More Than Favors CCCC challenge which was to use Doodlecharms.
