Travel Mug Gift

Hello everyone! I wanted to share the second project I did for the Peachy Keen Release Party challenges. For this challenge you were to add a "drink" to your project.
I bought these cups from the Dollar Store. You can twist the outer layer open and add your own design for the inside. I used the sheet of paper that came with the cup for a template and made my own background. On the snow layer at the bottom, I stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Think Snow stamp set. I cut circles from George and Basic Shapes to create the snowman. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen stamp and hand cut the scarf. I also created a tag for it by cutting the travel cup from Love You A Latte. I stamped the "to and from" from My Craft Spots Stampin' Around Christmas stamp set. I added a punched snowflake with a brad center and tied it on with some twine.
I plan on putting a Starbucks gift card inside the cup and give it as a gift.
I hope you all are having a great weekend and thanks for stopping in!

You're So Sweet!

Hello everyone! I have a sweet thank you card to show you today! This would be perfect with a nice Starbuck's Coffee Gift Card inside!
I cut the coffee cup and all the layers from Love You A Latte. I made this shaped card the "old fashion" way. This means that instead of welding it in my Gypsy and getting a small piece holding my card together, I cut 2 fronts and glued them together across the whole top. I scored the fold lines and glued from the whip cream up. I pop dotted the whip cream and added Pebbles Candy Dots for the sprinkles. The straw I added some pink stripes to by cutting a piece of pattern paper and then glued it at an angle, trimming off the ends. I stamped the tag and added it with that yummy twine over some ribbon. For the inside, I cut the front layer piece, trimmed off the whip cream part and glued it to the inside. To finish I stamped the inside sentiment.

Thanks for looking and have a great day! And Don't forget the Stamp Release Party at My Craft Spot all next week! FUN FUN FUN!

Scraptastic Mondays Challenge #5

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Scraptastic Mondays! This time the challenge is to create a card or project with a snowman or snowflake with a Winter Wonderland theme. Stephanie from Whimsical Desgins has generously donated her Snow Much Fun stamp set for the winner of this challenge. There will also be a second place winner picked at random for 3 of Cindy's AWESOME digis! Check them out in her store HERE.
I LOVE the way this card turned out! This is one of my FAVORITE of Cindy's digis. It's called Snowman With Wreath. I colored it with colored pencils and added Stickles to the leaves, mittens, and dots to the bow. I mounted it to a mat cut from Love You A Latte. The banner and font was cut from Birthday Bash and I added gems to the corners. I cut the snowflake from Winter Lace and added a gem to this as well. To finish I tied a bow and embossed the background with the Cuttlebug Snowflakes folder. I also finished the inside with matching paper and stamped the sentiment from Whimsical Designs Whimsical Fun Vol. 1 stamp set.
I hope you all like my card and please check out what the other amazingly talented DT has to show you. I can't wait to see what you will create! Have a great day!

Whimsical Wednesdays "Happy Turkey Day"

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Whimsical Wednesdays! This time the challenge is to create any kind of project that has a Thanksgiving theme.
For my project I made a card. The birds were cut from 3 Birds On Parade and I stamped the faces with Peachy Keen face stamps. I decided that I wanted a boy and a girl so instead of adding the pilgrim hat, I added the bonnet which was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up. The frame mats were cut from Love You A Latte. I added the ribbon and also cut the sentiment from the Imaginisce paper that I used on the top of the card.
I hope you all liked my card and please don't forget to check out what the rest of the amazing DT has come up with. I can't wait to see what you will create! Have a great day!
