New Puppy Card

Hello everyone and welcome to the 5th Celebrate The Occasion challenge. For this challenge the theme is new baby or pet. For my DT project I chose to do a new puppy card. I cut the puppy and pet bed from Four Legged Friends at 2 inches. I pop dotted the puppies head to give it more dimension and highlighted him using a black pen. The sentiment I printed off my computer and the frame is from Once Upon A Princess that I custom sized in my Gypsy. I also added 2 brads to the ends of the frame. I hope you all will give this challenge a go and I can't wait to see what you create! Have a great day!

Hello Kitty Purse

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't get any posts up this weekend. I was up north at my SIL's cabin and have also been working on things for upcoming events. My son's friend's birthday is on Friday and so I made this cute little Hello Kitty purse to put a gift into. I cut the purse from Once Upon A Princess at fit to page. I also cut the purse handles in black and used Glossy Accents on them. Hello Kitty was cut from Hello Kitty Greetings at 3 inches. I glittered her flower in her hair and stamped the sentiment. To finish I added a bow. I am going to enter this into Paper Playtimes challenge this week which is a choice of 3 challenges. 1. Purple and green 2. Pink and glitter (this is the one I did) or 3. Use a critter and a rhyme. I hope you all are having a great day and come back tomorrow for my DT post for Celebrate The Challenge.

Hello everyone! Here is the card that I made for Jitterbuggin's challenge. This week the challenge is to use either a rainbow or rainbow colors, a butterfly, and emboss something. I cut the rainbow from Once Upon A Princess at 3.5 inches from the phrase. I used the cloud layers from the regular cut and just sized them to fit the phrase cut. I also cut the butterfly from OUAP at 1.5 inches and embossed it with the Swiss Dots folder. To finish it I stamped the sentiment in the star and added 3 gems to the corner. I hope you all are having a great day and thanks for looking.

Dance Team Scrap Page

Good morning everyone! I have to tell you first that I had a realization that my niece graduates is less than 3 months! And I have to complete her scrapbook before then! I just attended her LAST Dance Team show on Friday and I can't believe how fast time goes. So I started her scrapbook this weekend with this being the first of many to come. I cut the girl from Twinkle Toes at 3 inches and the phrase at 3 inches. The mats were cut at 10.5 and 10.75 inches. I cut the title from Robots at 1 inch. I kept the colors all from her school colors. I am going to enter this into Flaunt It Fridays where the challenge is to use Twinkle Toes. Have a great day everyone!

I'm Back From Vacation!

Hello everyone! I am back from vacation but have a TON of laundry and other things to do (including getting a new cell phone, but thats a WHOLE other story!) but I wanted to share with you this reminder card I made for my son for when we were gone. I took an 8.5 X 11 sheet of cardstock and folded in half. I cut the kitty and food bowl from Four Legged Friends and the font from Robots. I'm sorry but I don't remember the sizes. He actually laughed out loud when he saw it and the cat is still alive so it must have worked! LOL! I left it on the kitchen counter and reinforced the bottom with strips of paper so it wouldn't fall over. I hope you all are well and I will hopefully be back in the swing of things soon. I've missed my crafting time! Take care!
