Day 3 Of My Craft Spot's Stamp Release Party

Hello everyone and welcome to day 3 of My Craft Spot's Sneak Peeks! Everyday this week there will be lots of fun projects to see and giveaways each day! We will be having a blog hop on Saturday along with the full reveal of all the new stamp sets! We ALL will also be giving away 1 of the new stamp sets at each blog in the hop!

Today we are showing sneak peeks of the new Joy To The World stamp set. 

This card turned out so pretty! I love all the texture and layers. 

I distressed the edges of the background and used my sewing machine to sew around it. I added a rectangle of burlap and layered stars on top. The stars were cut from George and Basic Shapes. I embossed the big one and made the smaller one 3D. I did this by starting in the center and scoring to each point. Then I scored to each inside. Then I folded the lines up and down to make it stand up. I added some crinkle ribbon with a button center tied with some jute string. The sentiment banner was cut from Once Upon A Princess and I stamped that beautiful sentiment.

Day 2 Of My Craft Spot's Stamp Release

Hello everyone! Welcome to say 2 of My Craft Spot's Stamp Release Sneak Peeks!!! We will be showing you some awesome projects along with prizes everyday, followed by a blog hop on Saturday. Today we are showing you sneak peeks of the new Stampin' Around Christmas stamp set. These are designed to fit the Tiny Doilies Metal Dies. 

I cut the reindeer from Jolly Holidays and stamped the eyes with a Peachy Keen stamp. The snowflakes on the side and center of the die are stamped and heat embossed from the Stampin' Around Christmas stamp set. I cut out the Tiny Doilies Dies and stamped the outer ring and mounted it to pop dots. To finish I added a ribbon and some red stickles dots by the snowflakes.

Day 1 Of My Craft Spot's Stamp Release

Hello everyone! It's finally here!!! SNEAK PEEK WEEK for My Craft Spot's Stamp Release!!! This is day 1 of a week long PARTY!!! We will be showing you some awesome projects along with prizes everyday, followed by a blog hop on Saturday. So make sure you head to My Craft Spot to see what the prize is for EACH day and some fabulous inspiration from the DT.

Today we are showing sneak peeks of the new Chunky Alphabet stamp set and the Lacy Banners Metal Dies.

I love to make cards with non-traditional colors and this one is a fabulous example! That cute penguin looks great on a pink background...lol!

I cut the penguin from Straight From The Nest. This cut is actually part of a phrase cut...one of those hidden jems. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen face stamp and did a white ink line around him. The mittens were cut from Jolly Holidays and I attatched them with some Blueberry Twine. 

I created the banner using the new Lacy Banner Dies and stamped each element. The "I" and the "heart" are from the new Chunky Alphabet and the snowflake is an extra sneak peek from another set. I pop dotted them in the center and added some twine to the top. I also added some twine bows to some buttons and added them to the corners. To finish I added Glossy Accents to the centers of the banner.

 Hello everyone! I have a card to share with you today that I did for the Peachy Keen challenge. This week the challenge is a sketch:

I paper pieced the bird and stamped it onto a circle I cut with my Cricut. I also added the hat and baster that I colored with Copic markers. I did a black stitching line around the circle mat and stamped the sentiment.

Gobble Gobble Wreath

Hello everyone! I wanted to share the project that I made for the Peachy Keen challenge this week. This week the challenge is 3D Wall Art. I just had to use that turkey....he's so cute! LOL!

I started with a small grapevine wreath and wound ribbon around it. I stamped and colored the corn with Copic markers and paper pieced the turkey. I omitted the baster that he's holding and added that fun sign that was stamped with My Craft Spot's Happy Fall stamp set.

Now I have a fun wall hanging for Thanksgiving! Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Happy Pumpkin Day!

Hello everyone and happy Monday! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot. This week the challenge is "Too Cute To Spook". Make a cute Halloween project.

This card turned out sooo cute! I just love it. 

I cut the girl from Trick Or Treat and stamped her face with a Peachy Keen face stamp. I also added some Peapod Twinery Twine to her hat and stamped the little spider on to her bag which is from My Craft Spot's Stampin' Around Fall stamp set. The kitty was cut from Paper Doll Dress Up and I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen stamp. I tied a ribbon to the bottom and stamped the sentiment.
