PKS February Release Day 4

Welcome back!  It’s day #4 of sneak peeks at PKS, and we hope you’ve enjoyed them as much as we have enjoyed bringing them to you.  We are ALL anxious for tomorrow to get here so that we can share this release to you in its entirety!  These new stamps go live at 8 a.m. CST on the Peachy Keen Stamps website.
For our  final day of sneak peeks,  we bring you projects that were created with the Window with Shutters and the House with Spare Windows stamp sets..

I stamped the window onto wood grain paper using the Window and Shutters stamp set using VersaMark Ink. I used brown chalk to go over the inking and it gave it that fun shaded look. I used an X-Acto knife to cut out the window centers and hand cut the outside. I stamped another window onto white paper and used a dauber to ink in the window centers and then glued the 2 together.
I hand cut the flower box out of wood grain paper and stamped the sentiments using the House With Spare Windows add on set. The flowers were stamped from the NEW PKSC-26 February 2014 SOTM set. I hand cut strips of green for the flower stems and grass. To finish, I mounted it all on pop dots to the background that I embossed and inked using the Tim Holtz Brick embossing folder.

For my second card I used the House With Spare Windows stamp set. This was a really quick card to make and I love all the colors.
I stamped the windows in different colored ink and used a pin to pierce the dotted line around the mat.
I stamped the sentiment using the Wright Avenue stamp set onto a My Craft Spot Ribbon Banner Die-Straight and added a ribbon.

Well, that about does it for sneak peeks
You have until 11:59 pm CST TONIGHT to leave comments across the designers’ blogs and winners will be announced tomorrow morning during our big blog hop!
How can you win?
Leave a comment on all the sneak peek posts on the PKS blog and the Designer’s Blogs this week for a chance to win THE ENTIRE RELEASE! That’s right – one lucky guy or gal will win all 8 sets in this release!

Bunny Bait

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at Digi My World and I am sharing this treat card. These would be so fun and easy to make in large quantities for a group of kids.
I used the NEW Bunny Suit Elaine digital stamp for the bunny.

I used the SVG Cutting File Mini Nugget Platform Boxes to cut out the card/candy box. I made a fun discovery when I added my candy! Not only will this treat card fit 2 Nugget candies but it also fit a fun size Peanut Butter Egg.
I printed and colored the girl using the Bunny Suit Elaine file. I mounted her on pop dots and added a stitched line to the card mat.
To finish I added the sentiment banner stamped with the Jaded Blossom Easter Treats 2 stamp set.

I hope you all enjoyed seeing my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

New Blog Design and Winner

Hello everyone! What do you think of my new blog design? I LOVE it!
I would like to give a big shout out to Candace at Candace's Blog Design for doing it! She did an AMAZING job and I couldn't be happier.
If you are looking for a new blog design, please go check her out and tell her I sent you.

I also want to announce the winner of my prize for the Top Secret Detective Blog Hop.
I let Random.org choose the winner and it chose

#3.......DDscrafts Wilson!
Congrats DD! I will be Facebooking you for your addy so I can get this in the mail!

As a side note, I just wanted to explain a little about FB commenting so nobody thinks I cheated in any way.
When you leave a comment on FB, they do not stay in order and sometimes when you leave a comment, it will go to the top or sometimes to the bottom or middle. When I chose my winner, DD was comment #3. When another person left a comment, it popped up in between. So, I just wanted to explain that so you all understand :D

Thank you again for all the wonderful comments you all left me! I was super happy that you all liked my project!
Thanks for stopping in and please come back tomorrow for my project for Day 4 of the Peachy Keen sneak peeks!
Have a great day!

I wanted to create a card that looked like a postcard, so this is what I came up with.
Everything on this card was stamped using the new PKSC-25 February SOTM set. I paper pieced the tree and added it to a background green that I hand cut to look like a hill. I stamped the clouds along with the sun and the sentiment. The bear was colored with Copic Markers and the postage stamps was also colored with Copic Markers. The stamps is actually 4 separate stamps  that I combined for that look.
To finish, I hand drew the lines with a ruler and added some twine.

I hope you all liked my card and thanks for visiting! Make sure you head over to the Peachy Keen Blog today through Tuesday to see more fabulous sneak peeks and then come hop with us on Wednesday when we share the full reveal.
Have a great day!

I'm Hot For You

Hello everyone! This is my last Guest Designer post for Jaded Blossom and I am sharing a really fun project!
Before I get to my project, I just want to say THANK YOU to Candace and Michelle for letting me Guest Design at Jaded Blossom this month. I had so much fun!

SO, for my project today, I made this Valentine hot chocolate card pouch. Who says hot chocolate can't be used as a Valentine treat? LOL!

I created the Card Pouch using this TUTORIAL. I used the Jaded Blossom Candy Wrap Dies to cut out the handle and added the heart borders using the Valentine Dies
The cup of cocoa and marshmallows were cut using the SVG Cutting Files Kawaii Hot Chocolate and I stamped the faces with the NEW Peachy Keen Sweet On You Face Assortment
I stamped the sentiment on the outside using the JB Kawaii Sentiments and stamped the inside sentiment and heart candy icon using the Sprinkled With Love stamp set.

Jaded Blossom Supplies

I hope you all enjoyed seeing my projects this month and thanks for all the wonderful comments!
