Day 2 Of My Craft Spots Fall Release Party
Hello everyone and welcome to day 2 of the My Craft Spot Sneak Peeks! Make sure you go on over to My Craft Spot everyday this week for oodles of cute projects and giveaways DAILY! All of the new stamp sets will be available on Saturday!
I made these fun treat holders for today's project. These would be so cute for kids treats to take to school or even hand out from home.
The base is a really simple pocket. To create the pocket, cut a 2 1/2 X 9 inch strip of cardstock and score at 6 inches. Cut pattern paper 1/4 inch smaller and glue down, and then glue the sides to create pocket.
I decorated 3 different examples. All of them include a drink stick in the pocket that I added black crinkle ribbon bows with tags stamped from the new Spooky Treats stamp set. Isn't that font so cool!?! I also gave you an extra sneak peek from yesterdays stamp set Stampin' Around Fall....that little spider on the tag.
The spider was cut from Smiley cards and I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen face stamp. I also added a spiderweb punched border to it. The witch's hat was cut from Happy Hauntings and the skull sign from Mini Monster.
Thank you for stopping by today and don't forget to head over to My Craft Spot to see some more awesome projects and for the giveaway for today! Have a great day!

Day 1 Of My Craft Spots Fall Release
Hello everyone! It's finally here!!! SNEAK PEEK WEEK for My Craft Spot's Fall Stamp Release!!! This is day 1 of a week long PAR-TAY!!! We will be showing you some awesome projects along with prizes everyday, followed by a blog hop on Saturday. So make sure you head to My Craft Spot to see what the prize is for EACH day and some fabulous inspiration from the DT.
Today we are showing sneak peeks of the Stampin' Around Fall Stamp Set and Tiny Doilies Metal Dies. I can honestly say that I LOVE these new stamps and dies! There are so cute and so versatile.
This card was so much fun to make! I just love how the dies line up and the circle sentiments that fit perfectly. I created my center for my card by using the Tiny Doiley Dies layered on top of each other and then stamped with the circle sentiment and bat from the Stampin' Around Fall stamp set. I layered them on top of a rosette that was cut at 1 X 8 and scored every 1/4 inch, pleated, and glued together. The final piece was a punched spider web border that I pleated and layered behind. I added a Drippy Goo punched border to the top of the card and a matching glittery black piece to the bottom of the card. To finish I added a bow with a button and some twine in the center.
Thanks for stopping in today and don't forget to head over to My Craft Spot for more sneak peeks, wonderful inspiration and the prize for today! See you tomorrow for day 2!

Wish BIG!
Hello everyone! This is a card that I made for a friend. I used the sketch from the Peachy Keen challenge as my inspiration for this card.
I cut the ladybug from Simply Charmed and stamped the face with a Peachy Keen face. I added Glossy Accents to the antenna, glasses, and heart and did a white stitching line. The banner I made by using the Tiny Tag Dies with simple triangle pennants over the top. I added stitching lines to the pennants and some twine. I stamped the sentiment from Tiny Tags, punched it out with a Fiskars punch, and mounted it with pop dots. I also finished the inside by adding a strip of matching paper and stamping the sentiment.
I hope you all enjoyed seeing my card and thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!

"Sympathy and Encouragement"
Hello everyone! It's Monday which mean a new challenge at My Craft Spot. This week the challenge is "Hope is Rising" Create a sympathy/encouragement project.
I made this sympathy card. It is a very simple card and sorry, no cricut cuts! I feel that with a sympathy card, the simpler, the better. I double matted this card in off white and brown. The inside off white mat I embossed using the Darice Tree folder. I embossed it off the side of the card for some interest. For the bow I used Vanilla Bean Crinkle Ribbon and added it across the corner of the card. To finish I stamped the sentiment on the outside as well as the inside from My Craft Spot's With Deepest Sympathy stamp set.
I hope you will all play along this week! Please don't forget to check out what the rest of the DT has created. Have a great day!

Thoughtful Cow
Hello everyone! I have a fun card to share with you today. I just LOVE that cow! He's from the County Fair Cricut cart. I cut him out and stamped the face with a Peachy Keen face stamp. I paper pieced the nose/mouth and glued right on top of his nose. The background I created by stamping the field scene with a stamp from the Peachy Keen July SOTM kit. I colored the field with copic markers and paper pieced the sun and hills. I cut the green hills by following the line of the stamp and then used a black pen and followed it across the card. I also inked the white background with blue ink to create the sky. To finish I stamped the sentiment which is from My Craft Spot's Thank You stamp set.
I hope you all liked my card and thanks for stopping by. Have a great day!
