Day 2 HERE

Isn't this die amazing?? There are SO many different things you can do with it!
Here is what I created for the hop...
I created this fun double pocket style candy bag. I will include a tutorial for you to be able to replicate it with your new Candy Caddy Die.

For my project I cut the Chibi Tiger from SVG Cutting Files and stamped the sentiment using the Jaded Blossom Go Wild stamp set.

TUTORIAL
This is a pic of the cuts you need from the die.
1-outer wrapper
4- total of bottom box pieces trimmed as instructed below.
You will also need to score the center of the outer wrapper die. Make sure to work this score line really well so it moves easily.

You are going to cut off the top tabs on 2 of the bottom box pieces and the top and bottom tabs of the other 2. (See picture 1 for example)
Then you are going to assemble bottom box on the 3 sides left and glue together. The second strip is going to get glue on the outside of the tabs and then glued to open side of box to create pocket. Placing tabs to inside of 3 sided box. This will leave you with a pocket with open top.

Next you will glue the pockets in, lining them up with the second dotted score line. Make sure to glue the side with just the outer tabs to the wrapper. This way when you glue down the bottom, your pocket will be nice and secure with no gaps. Glue in the second side by repeating the same as first. Now glue down the bottoms of the box to center of wrapper. I added glue to the wrapper and then folded it up so the bottom will line up perfectly.
Now you have a pocket box! Decorate to your liking!
Here is another set of pictures of my completed project.

I added some Laffy Taffy to the inside of the pockets!
