Hello everyone! I wanted to play along in the challenge at Jaded Blossom this month, so this is what I came up with. The challenge is Designers Choice and you have until the 22nd to link up....a couple more days!
I made this super cute Chick Slider Card.
I cut the Chick In Egg Peek Out Slider card from SVG Cutting Files. I embossed the front part of the egg with the Seeing Spots Cuttlebug Folder and added some twine before I glued it closed. I cut out the chick and added some chalk to the cheeks and used a white gel pen to do the highlights in the eyes, nose, and cheeks. I also mounted the bow on pop dots and added a brad to the center.
I cut the sentiment frame that is included with this file and stamped the sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Easter Treats 2 stamp set. I love this sentiment...it just makes me smile!
