How Much Longer Must We Wait?

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot. This week the challenge is Merry Christmas...get started on those Christmas cards!
For my card I cut the santa from Doodlecharms. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen face stamp and added some sparkly fluff to his hat and mustache. The background mat was embossed with the Poka Dots Cuttlebug folder and I matted it in green. I cut strips of paper for the sentiment tabs, used my corner rounder on the corners and stamped the sentiments from My Craft Spot's Mistletoe stamp set. To finish I added some Toadally Green crinkle ribbon around the card and tied a bow.
I hope you will all play along this week and please don't forget to check out the other great projects from the DT. Have a great day!

  10. Gigi- this is so adorable. My husband saw it and said "adorable" What paper did you use for the flesh tone? I keep looking for the best flesh tone!

  11. @Michelle Cummings:
I know it is SUPER hard to find good flesh tone paper. I actually got mine from a rummage sale and bought all that she had! I am not sure of the brand. The only other thing I do to offer you is, I print my own using my Imagine.

  13. Love your card. I did the Santa before I saw yours but adding to the hat a mustache made such a difference. Hope you don't mind if I use your idea.
I used the white fine glitter.
    Have a great Christmas.
