LOVE BOT

Hi everybody! I want to tell you first off that the Robots cartridge never really appealed to me but it was on clearance at Michaels for only $9.99! So I thought.....it's only $10 so I picked it up. It does have some cute robots in here (all robots in fact) but the font is AWESOME...so it was worth it to me. I wanted to try one of these 3D robots and decided to make a Valentine one. I cut Robot #49 at 8 inches. When I figured out where the middle was I used the center point function on my Cricut and cut a 2 inch heart out of the center using George and added a piece of acetate on the inside. I decided that I wanted hearts for his hands, ears, and antenna so I welded them in my Gypsy and then cut the layer hearts from George. I also welded the words together using this AWESOME font and added it to the base of the robot. To finish I added some google eyes and white pen to highlight the hearts and font. I plan on filling the center with some candy.....when I get some. I am on a diet right now and don't trust myself with candy in the house! LOL! :) I am going to Jamaica in a month and REALLY need to lose some weight if I want to fit in my swim suit! :)
I am going to enter this into the following challenges:
1. Cricut Cardz Challenge: use the colors red, black, and white only
2. Paper Playtime: Use the word LOVE
