Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's March 2017 Release Blog Hop.

I made this cute treat bag for today

I started this project with the Ric Rac Topper Die and cut it out.

I created a background by adding grass cut from the Spring Dies, the fence cut from the Scenic Dies, and the flowers cut from the Flower Dies.

I stamped and colored the chick from the Hey Chickie stamp set and added her on pop dots.

I stamped and colored/paper pieced the clouds and umbrella from the Kawaii Weather stamp set adding the umbrella on pop dots.

To finish, I added the sentiment banner cut with the Flag Dies 2, stamped the sentiment from the Rain Or Shine stamp set, and added the topper to a 3 X 4 Inch Clear Bag I added a candy egg and paper shred into.
