I made this treat and matching napkin ring for my project

I started this project with the Scallop Caddy Die and cut it out. I cut the NEW SVG Cutting Files Owl Pilgrim Turkey Girl 

(FREE TODAY) 

out with my Cameo and added her to the front on pop dots.

I stamped the vine images and sentiment from the Happy Fall stamp set and added a Gusset Bag filled with candy and tied with twine and a bow to the inside.

To create the napkin ring, I cut a piece of mesh ribbon and and wrapped it around the napkin.

I cut the center using the Panel Dies and punched holes in the sides with a hand punch.

I stamped the vine images using the Happy Fall stamp set, used Copic Markers to add in extra dots, and then attached it to the mesh with ribbon.
