Here is what I made using the Halloween Luggage Tag 

I started this project with the Luggage Tag Die and cut it out. I stamped the Halloween Luggage Tag stamp onto the inside mat and colored some of the words with Copic markers. I mounted it to the mat layer and tied it onto a Rectangle Tube with some ribbon adding a bow and twine. I cut the wraps on the candy using the Candy Wrap Dies and stamped the colored ones with the Halloween Designer Tapes.  I stamped the witch image from the Too Cute To Spook and glued it to the centers of the black wrappers.
