Hello Friends!!
It’s sure hard to believe that May is upon us already, yet here we are! There’s so many exciting things that happen at this time of year. Kiddos are winding down their school year, and many times plans are being made for all the fun things that Summer has to offer. Being outdoors is of course at the top of the list for Summer fun, and one theme that has been consistently requested by our beloved peachy friends is a camping theme. We aim to please, so hang on folks, because this one is a dandy and you’re gonna LOVE IT!!
Join us each evening from the 1st through the 4th at 6 p.m. CDT on The Peachy Keen Stamps Blog, where we will bring you the fabulous creations from our talented Design Team using these new stamps! Each evening we’ll introduce you to a few sets in this release and it all leads up to our Release and Reveal Blog Hop on the 5th. It’s gonna be SO much fun!!
Tonight we’re introducing you to the PKSC-29 May 2014 Stamp of The Month set, and the PK-1393 Raccoon Head and Face Assortment stamps. Prepare for some cuteness overload, friends!
This set is JUST TOO CUTE! I love this set so much and it makes me want to go camping! LOL!
I stamped and colored the raccoon and sleeping bag with Copic markers. The tent is half paper pieced and half colored. I cut part of the raccoon off and hid him behind the tent to make it look like he was peaking around the side.
The cloud and tree are both from Miss Kate Cuttables that I printed and cut. I stamped the sentiment into the cloud and added some sequins to the sky.
I also have a second card to share with you! This set is so cute, I couldn't help but make 2 projects with it!
I stamped and colored the smore with Copic Markers. I pop dotted it to a couple of circle mats that I did a black stitched line around. I stamped the sentiment into the corner and also added another black stitched line around the entire card. To finish, I added some twine with a bow.
Well, are those some of the sweetest images you’ve ever seen, or what?
