Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot! This week the challenge is "Valentines For Kids " Create a project for a child for Valentines Day.
These are fun candy holder cards and they're quite simple to make.
To make the treat holder you will need 3 X 9 1/4 inch piece of cardstock. Score at 1, 5 and 5 1/5 inches. Fold over the 1 inch flap and staple down in the center top. Cut a white mat at 2 3/4 X 3 1/4 and a colored strip at 3/4 X 2 3/4. Now you're ready to decorate.
I cut the robot from Robots, the frog from Paisley, and the dinosaur from Create A Critter. I stamped all the eyes with Peachy Keen face stamps. I stamped the sentiments from My Craft Spot's Build A Valentine set and added Glossy Accents to the hearts and eyes. To finish I stamped the To and From from MCS's Always And Forever stamp set and added bags of M&M's to the inside.
I hope you all will play along and please don't forget to check out what the rest of the DT has created. Have a great day!
