CTO Challenge #31



Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at Celebrate The Occasion! This week the challenge is to make a Birthday project and it must include a BALLOON.
I printed and cut the cupcake from Kate's Kitchen using my Imagine. I pop dotted the frosting layer and used Glossy Accents on the eyes and frosting highlight. The scallop circle and mats were cut from the stock images in my Imagine. The balloons were cut from Birthday Bash and I used Stickles on them to make them glitter. I used a black pen and drew the balloon strings, added a bow, and stamped the sentiment.

    Hi Gigi. Great card, I'm loving that cupcake! The balloons look like they were made with foil paper in the picture. I was surprised to see it was Stickles. TFS
