NSD Challenge #1

Hello everyone and Happy National Scrapbook Day! I am going to participate in My Pink Stampers challenges all day. The first challenge is anything cupcake. I cut the cupcake from Smiley Cards at 3 inches. I pop dotted the frosting and mounted it to an action wobble. To finish I tied a ribbon and stamped the sentiment. I am going to try my hardest to do each challenge in the hour it was set ....we will see! :) See you in an hour!

    so stinkin' cute! I've never heard of Smiley Cards...is it a cricut cartridge? Sounds like a must-have!
