My Craft Spot Summer Release Blog Hop

Hello everyone! It's FINALLY here! The stamp reveal for My Craft Spot's Summer Release! YAY! And it's time for a super fun blog hop where you could win one of the new stamp or die sets!

If you came from My Craft Spot, you're in the right place. If not you will want to start at the beginning at My Craft Spot so you won't miss a thing! You can also see all the new stamp sets there too!

Here is what I created for this blog hop!

I created this card using the NEW Tiny Tags 3 stamp set and I also used My Craft Spot's Tiny Doilies and Lacy Banner Dies for the bubbles.

I used my Gypsy and George to create the card base and the oval mat. I used a black pen and did a dotted line around the mat.

I cut that adorable turtle from a Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbons file called Sea Life. I added some punched flowers to his shell and used a white pen to do some dots on him. 

The larger bubbles are from My Craft Spot's Tiny Doilies and Lacy Banner Dies and I stamped the sentiments using the new Tiny Tags 3 stamps set. I also added some glitter to the edges of the bubbles and ribbon strip.

To finish I added a green ribbon to the bottom on the card.

MCS Summer Release Day 5

Hello everyone! It's the last day of sneak peeks for My Craft Spot's new releases! Tomorrow we will be having a BLOG HOP with the full release of the stamp and die sets! There will also be a new stamp/metal die set set up for grabs at every stop in the hop.

Today we are showing sneak peeks of the NEW Tiny Tags 3 stamp set and the 4 Inch Doily Die! I just LOVE the Tiny Tag stamp sets and this one is jammed packed with all kinds of fun sentiments!

I stamped and colored the flag heart using Peachy Keen's Gog Bless The USA stamp set. This was a free stamp they gave away over Memorial Day Weekend.
After I colored it and cut it out, I mounted it to the NEW 4 Inch Doily Die using pop dots. I used my sewing machine to to the stitching line across the card and added some Stars and Stripes Trendy Twine. I created the tiny tag using My Craft Spot's Tiny Tag Dies and stamped the sentiment using the NEW Tiny Tags 2 stamp set. To finish, I added a star brad to the tag and some star stickers to the bottom.

MCS Summer Release Day 4

Hello everyone! Day 4 of My Craft Spot's sneak peeks, and only 2 days until the full release and BLOG HOP!!! Are you getting excited yet? Today we are showing sneak peeks of the NEW Stampin' Around Summer stamp set. There are some really fun sentiments in the set along with some super cute summer images! 

I just love all the fabulous colors in this card! I wanted to make it really summery!

I cut the penguin from a Kristy W. file called Too Cool Penguin and added some Glossy Accents to the sunglasses and tube. I tore strips of paper for the sand and waves and did some inking on them. I created the circle sentiment using My Craft Spot's Tiny Doily Dies and stamped the sentiment and flip flops using the NEW Stampin' Around Summer stamp set. To finish I added some Lemon Tart Trendy Twine.

MCS Summer Release Day 3

Hello everyone and welcome to day 3 of My Craft Spot's Sneak Peeks! Everyday this week there will be lots of fun projects to see and giveaways each day! We will be having a blog hop on Saturday along with the full reveal of all the new stamp/die sets! We ALL will also be giving away 1 of the new stamp/die sets at each blog in the hop!

Today we are showing sneak peeks of the new Down On The Farm stamp set. There are some seriously FUN sentiments in this set!

This is a really simple card, but so cute! I cut that adorable frog using a Silhouette file called Frogs. I added his eyes on pop dots to give him some POP! LOL! 

To create the bookmark, I rounded the edges of the paper, added some Green Ribbon and attached it with some colored staples. I stamped the sentiment using the NEW Down On The Farm stamp set and added the frog. To finish I tied a simple bow to the side of the card.

Hello everyone! Welcome to say 2 of My Craft Spot's Stamp Release Sneak Peeks!!! We will be showing you some awesome projects along with prizes everyday, followed by a blog hop on Saturday. So make sure you head to My Craft Spot to see what the prize is for EACH day and some fabulous inspiration from the DT.

Today we are showing sneak peeks of 3 new sets!!! The Pattern Block stamp set, Tiny Banners & Toppers Dies, and Small Alphabet Dies! OHHH, I was in heaven when I saw these new dies and pattern stamps! These are AWESOME!

I cut the girl from the Tiddly Inks Anna Belle file from My Scrap Chick and stamped her face with a Peachy Keen In The Garden Face stamp.
I used the NEW Tiny Banners and Toppers Dies to create the banner at the top of the page, along with the flags at the bottom and on the side. I used the Pattern Blocks to stamp the patterns onto the flag dies and flowers on the banner. I used some Ivory Jute String to connect the banner pieces and mounted them on pop dots. I used the NEW Small Alphabet Dies and created the "hi" on the side of the card and for the flowers on the banner.

MCS Summer Stamp Release Day 1

Hello everyone! It's finally here!!! SNEAK PEEK WEEK for My Craft Spot's Stamp Release!!! This is day 1 of a week long PARTY!!! We will be showing you some awesome projects along with prizes everyday, followed by a blog hop on Saturday. So make sure you head to My Craft Spot to see what the prize is for EACH day and some fabulous inspiration from the DT.

Today we are showing sneak peeks of the new Tasty Treats Stamp set. This set is packed full of fun "eatery" sentiments.

I cut the milk container from a Lettering Delights file called Oishi and stamped the face with a Peachy Keen 2 1/4 inch Moodies face stamp. I used a sentiment out of the new Tasty Treat stamp set to stamp the "YUM" across the top of the container and the sentiment banner. 

To finish I added a decorative paper clip to the top to hold the sentiment banner on and the box closed.

How fun is that sentiment? It's from My Craft Spot's Cute Critters Stamp set!

This is a fairly simple card with a fun layout. I cut the cow from a Lettering Delights file called Rise and Shine. I hid the eyes before I cut it out and stamped them with a Peachy Keen Winter Face Assortment stamp set.
I cut the circle and scallop mat using my Cameo and did a penned stitching line around the mat. I also used my sewing machine to do the stitched line down the side.
To finish I added some simple banners and stamped the sentiment using My Craft Spot's Cute Critters stamp set.

Baseball Birthday Card

Hello everyone! It's my day to post at My Craft Spot and I have a fun card to share!

How cute of a card would this be for a little boy?! I just love how this came out. The Ticket Dies were the perfect addition to this card.

I cut the baseball boy from a SVG Cutting File called Play Ball. I stamped the face with a Peachy Keen In The Garden face and added a punched star to his jersey. I also used a white gel pen to do all the stitching on his hat.

I created the tickets on the side using My Craft Spot's Ticket Dies and stamped all the elements using the Tickets and Postage Stamps stamp sets. I stamped it all in blue first and then went over the outline and numbers with black. I like how this looks...it's a little color behind the black. 

To finish I stamped the Happy Birthday Sentiment using The Postage Stamps set for the "Happy" and the Tickets stamps for the "Birthday".

Cute As A Bug

Hello everyone! It's time for a new challenge at My Craft Spot! This week the challenge is "Cute As A Bug". Create a project using a cute bug.

I made this fun little card and treat box set. I used a file from My Scrap Chick called Garden Bug Boxes and Cards for that adorable bug/bug box. I pop dotted the spots and noses on both the box and card. I used My Craft Spot's Tiny Doilies Dies to create the tag for the box and stamped it with a sentiment from Tiny Tags 2 stamp set. The sentiment on the card is from Butterfly Kisses stamp set and I added some Purple Stripe ribbon to the bottom.
